„I am also helping and am asking you for your faith and donation.” Ralf Lindermann also known as Dr. Max Henning from the ZDF series “Unser Charly” supports the Children's Follow–Up Clinic Berlin–Brandenburg since its founding.

Together we can make it happen.

In order to provide the best possible care for very sick children and teenagers, the Follow–Up Clinic wants to build a 135 bed home near Berlin. This isbased on the model of the Follow–Up Clinic Tannnenheim that was founded in 1997 with the help of the “Deutsche Kinderkrebsnachsorge“in the Black Forest region. This new rehabilitation clinic will become the leader in follow–up care in the new federal states of Germany. It is designed to carry out the concept of family–based follow up care with a variety of therapeutic procedures available. Public funding is limited for this type of project so private donations are crucial to reach the desired goal.

The Children's Follow-Up Clinic Berlin-Brandenburg: Where families are able to regain their strength.

familieA place for families to find help, care, new strength and confidence for their children and teenagers who have cancer or are suffering from a heart condition.  The follow–up clinic implements a rehabilitation concept that is known as Family-based Follow-Up care. The Children‘s Follow–Up Clinic Berlin–Brandenburg provides families with a unique medical-therapeutic treatment approach that helps the family return to the before treatment state of contentment.

Our chief physician Dr. Joachim von der Beek and his team of doctors are experienced and well qualified in the department of pediatrics, oncology and cardiology. The twenty member team has state of the art medical equipment, including an emergency unit. Your child will be in good hands. The four week rehabilitation includes a chance for family members to reconnect and find peace after their trials.
